There's always a curiosity about a Chief Executive Officer's life in our society. What we do, where we go, etc. are quite often observed by the public, especially by the young minds. A lot goes into becoming a leader, especially that of a position of CEO.
However, the emotions that run through our minds are often not talked about. Here's a small peek into my routine life as a CEO. My day begins with dreams, which occur even before I wake up. The main goal for the day is to continue to stay motivated and how to motivate others. My energy levels are really high at first, but they slow down as the day progresses, much like a device's charge.
CEO's life can be said to be similar to anyone else's in the context that there are ups and downs in what we do. At times there are moments when it all comes to a halt, like when you face challenges, thoughts of managing things, raising funds, and much more. This may vary for different CEOs based on their organizations.

We also try to maintain the rhythm and culture of an organization and engage with the employees. It is always a play of emotions and the constant thought of how 'I can do this and how I can give to the people that believe in me, which keeps me going as a hustling CEO of aNumak and Company. There is also a high demand to keep yourself updated in the field and be aware of the issues of the organization. This also means keeping yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and technically aligned.
Being an early riser, eating healthy, and exercising are all things that a C- level executive engages in on a daily basis as these are some activities that help in keeping a positive mindset.
The right mindset and focus of a CEO is that of achieving and maintaining success. For me, 'Success' is defined by how I can use my ability to benefit those around me and those who place their trust in me. No matter how the day goes and what challenges we face, the attitude of not giving up and being consistent helps achieve that success.
Values play a major role in shaping not just the personality as an individual, but the organization itself. One should be committed to the vision and goal to live the life of a C-level executive. It is not just about maintaining a routine life and hard work, it is much more beyond it which paves way to being a leader.
